Very rare 12" x 12" blank "pizza" box with the violator rose logo on front. "Mute Presents The New Album, Cassette & CD By Depeche Mode". Included is the Vinyl album, the cassette, the CD album and a Mute insert. 
There are UK, French, Spanish and German versions of this box, but it's the same box, just with the different releases from each country.
